| | | | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,897 Member | | Member Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,897 | Each of the main-caps are not held with 4 bolts, only the center 3 caps. the ends had only 2 bolts. A person could build all the power one can legally use on the street with a well built 2-bolt block
