The most know name in nitrous systems is NOS (Nitrous Oxide Systems) They are a division of Holley. Try this link:
NOS Web Page They have an On-Line catalog that's pretty good. You could probably find one of their distributors In a sizeable town like Saskatoon, but I'm only guessing.
One word of advice: Make sure the bottom end of you engine (pistons, bearings, crank, etc.) is bulletproof because, depending on the NO2 system you install, you could almost double your horsepower. By the way how's your tranny?
