Probably. You might want to check the distance between the front of the pan and the crossmember to see if it might be necessary to disconnect the motor mounts and jack the engine up a little. Since the 54-62 engines use replaceable precision bearings, just install a new set of rod bearings while you're in there. It's cheap insurance!
