I lifted mine one time with 4 guys. One is 70 years old, one is 65, my brother in law was 39 and I was 34 at the time. It wasn’t too bad. But we did not have bed wood, strips, or the tailgate attached. The box had the sides, sills, front panel and rear sill all assembled.
