If you buy your new gasket from Steele Rubber the installation will be easy. I understand from others that used other products from other vendors had more difficulties. Use soapy water to lubricate the gasket channel as you work your way around the window and frame. I used the cheap Harbor Freight plastic tool set to gently coax the gasket into place. With the glass and frame on a work bench it took less than 45 minutes to complete the task by my self.
