If you take a Bill of sale with the vin# of the vehicle and proof of insurance for the vehicle, you get a tag. If it is the same in Alabama, turn in the tag from the 64 cab and apply for a tag with the 66 vin# and a bill of sale from whoever you bought the cab from. Just make sure that someone isn't using the frame on another vehicle that is registered with the same # that you are using.
