Why is it this manual doesn't include any factory details on the 58 or 59 years?
So there is not any factory reference material circulating out here for TF owners...really.

You are most likely referring to late-years Task Force owners?
There is a similar, but opposite, situation for 1947-1953 Chevrolet Advance-Design Series owners. The "47-55st FAM? is actually 1954/55st.
