you should be able to have yours split pretty cheap. all it takes is a grinder, a small piece of 1/4 inch metal plate and someone that can use a welder and cutting torch. it took my brother less than an hour to do mine. i would eventually like to get the "real ones" but i couldn't beat the price and it sounds great!
