Truck ran fine last week after sitting 2 years. Today, gas tank empty filled with 2.5 gallons tried start. Cranked for a bit and seems my starter stomper stuck and I noticed smoke which was coming from my starter. Disconnected battery ground and smoke stopped. Would my stuck starter - floor stomper -has caused my starter to fry and if so, I guess I replace my starter? Thanks, Scott
