On the firewall/Dash there was only a round plate to cover the fan motor hole. Brad's

were apparently covered by the
Inner Firewall Cover/Pad at
classicparts.comThere were never any plates for those holes.
The heaters were not installed at the factory when the trucks were being assembled.
Heaters were considered a accessory and installed buy the dealer or by the owner of the truck..
According to the air flow heater installation manual you had to cut holes into the Inner Firewall Cover/Pad insulation..
