This Stepside had been sitting in a barn for 20 years. 47k original miles but was not cherry by no means. On a scale from 1-10 I'd say it was a 7.
Pulled cab and back body, repaired floor, sandblasted frame, replaced all bushings, brake lines, etc.
I'm half way through the project but taking a rest and running the ole girl this summer.
