My take-aways are:
261 engine
I know someone who has a 292 that I could get very reasonable, I need to look into the fit of a 261 vs 292.
Bigger Radiator
From past experience, I am a firm believer in having ample cooling capacity.
Disc Front/Drum Rear Brakes
I rode in and drove this truck decades ago, so I would like a bit more stopping power than the original setup.
I plan on power brakes, so the Disc Front and Drum Rear may be the way to go.
