Still trying to get a line on the NEW PROCESS NP435GA used by GM/Chev between 1968-1972.
Found a bloke over your way who reckons if I can find an ORIGINAL GM/CHEV part number for an input shaft to suit the above transmission, may make it a bit easier.
The number I came up with is:-"WT291-16K 95957"
I don't know much more than that myself, BUT it does not sound like an original number to me.
Would anyone have either a master parts list, access to one, or even a link that I can cross reference to?
Somewhere, someone has to have one of these 22 tooth input shafts and/or input shaft housings or at least know something about them?
Figure that if I had even a link to a spec sheet, it may just give me what I am looking for.
