Recently picked up a '49 1/2 ton frame with a '69 nova front clip. I put a 472 cid in my Suburban and was a straight forward application. I would like to install a 500cid in this frame set up for my 51 chev. I promised my truck that one day it would be treated right, and now after 24 years of loyal service it is about time for me to keep my end of the bargain. Anybody had any experience with this type of an application?
