Greetings miraclepieco - To answer your question about fabricating outside Suburban side window trim. Yes it can be done. I am a welder/fabricator : I made repairs to those outer side trim pieces using 7 complete sets (L & R) of front door outer trim. The cost of all the parts and labor is just about equal to what you would probably pay if could find them on this site or elsewhere for sale. Either way you go, it's going to cost big dollars unfortunately.
