Not exactly sure what you asking. You have rear wheels but need a set of tires for those wheels? Something doesn't add up with your wheel lug count and spread. Typical Chevy wheels would be a 5-lug with a 4.75 pattern. Your numbers are 6-lug by 5. Are you running different axles under your '57?
They do have mock-up wheel devices out there just for your situation, although they are expensive and typically a one time expense. I would seek out a reputable tire service center in your area and discuss your concerns and let them recommend a wheel.
