The switch in the far counterclockwise position is ACC, straight up is OFF, one click clockwise from straight up is RUN and spring loaded far right is START? It’s not unusual to be able to remove the key from any position after many years of use. Sort of odd with a new cylinder. Maybe the switch itself is worn and doing weird things.ðŸ›
