Do a hot valve adjustment and drive on- - - - -chances are the broken pushrod is the only problem you have. Just be a little more conscientious about adjusting the valves- - - - -maybe every 5-10K miles. Give it a few miles of running on all six before you go looking for gremlins that might not be there!
