A chat box will open up where you tell the rep the height and diameter of the filter you need, they'll plug it in their system and get you the closest thing they have. In my case it took less than 5 minutes and I found the replacement number available on Amazon for less than $5 each shipping included. I mention this because Fram turned out to be the only source for the size I needed.
