rc356s 'Bolter R Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 261 California	Hi All I have a 1950 1/2 ton and trying to adjust my cowl vent. The brackets welded on the cab that the cowl vent attaches to is a hinge correct? It suppose to rotate, mine seem to be seized but it a little hard to see how it works. Anyone have a video of it operating correctly? thanks skipper
