| | | | Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 678 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 678 | I installed my rear door handle and lock cylinder about six months ago. I seem to recall the lock cylinder simply had a square shaft that entered the latch mechanism.
It's super easy to remove the lock cylinder - just pop out the spring-loaded retainer in the door jamb. Then you can visually inspect it and see what the problem is.
