another option for glass is you can bring an old broken one to your local window/glass shop and have them "cut to pattern"
i got new windshields and door glass made this way from a sample of the old ones
my local shop could offer any type of glass i wanted in 6 mm thickness, original non safety glass for side windows or tempered glass, laminated safety glass for windshield
each piece they cut and ground the curves and charged about $50 CAD (under 40 USD each)
also they had a few light tint options as well, but i wanted clear
6 mm is a tiny bit thicker than the original glass, but it installed no problem
