There's a guy I follow on Youtube that put a 4 cyl Perkins in a '55 second series half ton, because he had one laying around and just to be different.
I even thought about putting a 3-53 Detroit into my '58 1 ton
But since I currently don't have one, I'm dropping in a 383 stroker.
