beltfed Shop Shark B Joined: May 2005 Posts: 1,624 Knoxville, TN	My friend has the same setup in this truck. Coil kept getting so hot engine would die. I gave him a GM racing coil plus ballast resistor. No trouble since. Six volt guy living in a twelve volt world
