I'm working on a 48 Suburban and deciding on what to do about a/c is high on my list - it get's real hot in Memphis in the summer! How is your Old Air system working? Other posts I've read here and on other sites lead me to believe that a single up front system won't do the job.I've been considering using the rear air set up from a late model Suburban or similar vehicle as well as either the Old Air or Vintage Air evaporator/bottom of the dash system up front to be sure mine will be comfortable for long (1500 mile) summer vacations. Power should not be a problem with a 6.0l engine.
