You do nice work Billy, but that shift lever comes up straight thru the floor. Our 4x4 lever comes through the at 60 degrees with a sharp bend. As I have found with other boots I have tried (and as Bartamos describes) our boot will need to be almost flat and accommodate to bigger bend at the floor.
I did research those 2 part numbers and they appear to be the unobtainium flavor. I will keep looking. The snakes are not crawling in the cab yet.
But I did run through some your pictures. Man that looks nice.
