P.T. Barnum would be proud of whomever wrote that ad copy. Try anchoring a battleship with two pieces of heavy chain with a few loops of baling wire holding them together. The cylinder head port design is the weak link, and no matter what is bolted on before or after that is going to make much difference. Anybody who promises to give me a "70% power increase" by selling me a bolt-on intake and exhaust system is lying.
