IF you have a 4-speed tranny. If you have a 3-speed you need a different floor pan.
yes to your second question but this
Battery Tray comes with the correct bolts plus you get a 10% discount if you belong to the Stovebolt Group.
They also have the cover for the inspection opening and the brake fluid filler hole.
You didn't ask, but I found the correct size battery (to fit the holder)
