FAM section 2 Sheet 7.00 shows the same numbers for 3100 thru 6500 series front hangers as Mike posted.
Section 2 Sheet 7.01 shows center hangers as the same number right and left for 3100 thru 3800 series.
Section 2 Sheet 7.02 shows rear hangers - different PN for 3100 (same one for L&R), but the same as the center hanger for on sheet 7.01 for 3600 thru 4100. Sheet 7.03 shows that same PN (3683634) for 4112 models and 4400 thru 6500 series.
So other than front brackets, center and rear hangers on a 3600 would be identical. Pretty good chance of getting the correct one.
