twe56 Member T Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 103 McKinney, TX	The VW Beetle had a fuel tank up front/engine rear and was sold in the US after '68. So licensing your '68 shouldn't be a problem. I had a 57 bug in 1960 when going to high school in Alaska -- in the winter I carried about 50# of sand in the front. It handled great in the snow -- lots of fun.
