Wiring a NSS to a foot start would be funky..
It would be better to have a start when clutch pedal is depressed switch.
I found the mistake, it was the assembly manual Automatic transmission instructions.
The arrows or instructions are flipped. Pointing at the wrong solenoid location. ( 4th attached pic )
Check starter wire instruction for correct solenoid wiring. (1st attached pic)
