I don't know what you mean by "turning one bolt hole" but you can take out the bolts that hold the backing plate on & service the wheel cylinder & bleed it. If you don't let the master cyl. run low all the air will be right at the cyl. You can put a C clamp on the cyl. to keep it from coming apart while you bleed it.
