Took a long time but was well worth it. They don’t have the ribbing but are robust enough. I used 16 gauge sheet and had two pieces bent: the wider front and the narrower rear section. I then pie cut out the wider front, rewelded the newly angled front piece back together, and then welded the front and rear together.
