Chevrolet listed the Sedan Delivery (model 1500 / 1508) in their Truck Data Books (you are correct about station wagons, Martin - they were not listed).
Nonetheless, in terms of equipment, not usefulness, the Sedan Delivery has only the engine and a few other parts in common with trucks.
