Thanks guys. The cylinder ram and pump on this truck run like a Swiss watch. All that was required was a fluid change and repacking of the cylinder and actuator valves. I was reluctant to open up the one-piece integral pump/ram system as everything inside is made of unobtainium. The PTO driveline was a different story as the PO repaired it with all sorts of non-functioning cobbled junk. With a bunch of head scratching/measuring/searching, I was able to source oddball (13/16 diameter) driveline parts to make a darn smooth and quite running driveline.
