Hoping to get lots of help here if I can get past my issues.
Owner of a 1952 3800 pickup. Bought the truck to fix up but the Vin tag is missing and from what I have learned they didn't stamp the frame. Mass is a PIA on this stuff. I have a notarized bill of sale like they told me to get. The previous owner (mass resident)didn't register so they have an issue with that. He is no longer helpful, he has his money. Hopefully we can get this process straightened out and I can work on this beast.
