POR has the acid based cleaner & degreaser system
apply by brush is safer than spray
i did my whole frame on our 51 and it looks great. i also did the inner fenders, lots of little brackets under the frame, linkages, under bed gas tank & more.
tooooo bad the painter did some overspray and screwed it up in spots
do gloss on the frame as it will dull (a bit) in years but still look great
NOTE: por does NOT like sunlight
so ALL areas must be hidden
so NO bumper arms, {running board tops & front apron skirt tops, (i did the bottoms)}
