Hambone -- Leave your 'wares where they belong. No one (not even Don or Carl) wants to see your 'wares. That's just unsanitary.
Dave -- Consider allowing the chickens' testimony (I think Miley's testimony on Joe's behalf in the great Topper Caper Case set a precedent that the People won't dispute at this time) -- *IF* he can produce them in court Saturday. But do not allow written depositions (that will just get messy ...). Hambone relying on barnyard fowl to save him from the firing squad ... if that's what Brother Haworth is building his defense on, I think you could let our summer interns argue this one
Joe's case, on the other hand, will be the toughie. Save your big guns for that one. It's not going to be the slam dunk the Hambone case will be.
