10 Qts is too much. Sounds like BB/CC. Consider SS acrylic urethane (8 qts). At any rate, the other option is another paint or vendor. Local paint store will sell in quantities you need. They can mix any color. PPG Omni is a good choice or other medium priced good brand.
I guess you can put on more coats and use the rest for touch up. Either way, do the math and don't worry about too much paint. Worry about not enough and having to wait for delivery.
