What year truck/engine?

GM published an Interchangeable Parts manual/catalog (image attached, below).
They can be bought on eBay.

I do not know if a reprint is being sold.
I do not know what range of years might have been published (the one below is 37-49)
I have not seen the whole book "published"/posted online.

That Catalog might just be for cars?
