Cameos are not numbered separate from other trucks on the line, and all models are mixed - see
some pics here from 59, like
this one showing a long fleetside, a big bolt, and a panel in a row, they likely have sequential numbers, and there were thousands of trucks produced at each plant, numbered by the plant, not corporate wide
