I have made quite a few posts on the forums with questions along the way with these and greatly appreciate all the help. I finally got these done and put back together and could not be happier with the results.

Finished gauges I did not re-label the odometer numbers. The ones currently displaying are faded out from sitting for so many years. The other are fine.
The main instrument gauge
Sand blasted, repainted and letter transfers applied to the main gauge divider trim piece The transfer letters are much smaller than they look like!
Before pic of the main gauge divider trim piece
New labels applied to the gauge faces I used the tech tip for the ammeter swap. I did not use the face plate off my old ammeter and just cut the shape out of piece of scrap aluminum coil stock instead of drilling rivets out of the old one and hammering it out flat. Took no time to make and cost me nothing plus I have the old gauge intact still.
What the speedo face looked like originally
Best before pic I have Unfortunately you cannot see the curled up speedo needle.

Shout out to my wife for picking out the spray paint for the main gauge divider trim piece. Color turned out great IMO. Also big thanks to @DADS50 for the link to the transfers.
