Flooding is almost always caused by trash between the needle valve and the seat. Be sure the float isn't hanging up on anything that might prevent it from putting full pressure on the needle valve. Also, you need to use a better filter. Those inline clear filters are worse than useless- - - - -they make you think the fuel is clean!
