I love PB blaster. what I do with very rusted stuff is I spray it down with the PB several times in the coarse of few hours. Just hit it with PB every time you walk by while doing something else. Then I spray it down one last time with PB, then take wheel bearing grease and brush it on lightly ( big glob works good) over the PB on the joint trying to leave as much PB as posible under the grease, and let sit over nite ( or a few days if really bad) This leaves a barier so the PB will not evaporate and lets it go to work. otherwise it will be dryed up the next morinig. I have had good results with this method, and gotten things loose that I thought were through aways. Good luck.
