Put a "T" fitting where your oil pressure line taps into the engine and connect your pressure gauge back to one end and your temp sender to the other. You may have to cobble together some adapters to get them all mated.
GM used "T" connectors back in the day to add their by-pass oil filters so you might try some aftermarket suppliers for more info and pricing.
