I just spoke with the man at Key Parts, Inc. He said that the correct inner kick panels for the 1960-1966 Chevy Trucks are in production and due to be available some time this year, but he could not say when. They are listed in his 2007 parts catalog as item #0848-225 & 0848-226. I hope this helps. Thanks and God Bless!
