SMALL pin punch, either a 1/16" or a 3/32", and a SMALL hammer. It drives all the way through. And then with your last tap, it falls out and you can't find it. It's a standard design roll pin, any hardware store will have them....so get several. Get it almost all the way out and grab it with needlenose pliers and pull. (Some folks call them a Tension Pin).
