Just an FYI, that the ignition module for the GM 2.8's were problematic. Maybe replacement units are more reliable. The problem is not when running, but when you go to restart ignition would be dead. Let it sit for a short while to cool down and would fire right back up. Easy test with a multimeter if anyone ever runs into that.
