This question is probably for Spanky, but I've noticed there are handles on the seat frame of some cabovers (see photo), while my cabover (1950) does not have the handle. I was wondering if these were introduced in '51 when they added the wing window. I have seen the handles on 2 wing window equipped cabovers, one was a GMC the other Chevy. I was wondering if my frame had been changed at some point or if these handles were added later. Anyone know?
