Sure, almost anybody can work up an opinion.
Question: Might there be a color change in interior paint due "extreme heat when the doors were locked and the windows were rolled up on hot summer days"?
Maybe, but I doubt it. If the paints were baked at the factory, I doubt if the hidden interior ever became hotter than the baking ovens. Many people say to look for these hidden spots to see what the interior color originally looked like.
